Important 2024 Cookie Dates


January 15: Program begins with ordering through Digital Cookie and paper order card

January 15-February 5: customers ordering 12 or more shipped packages of Girl Scout cookies will receive $10 off of shipping, reducing their shipping fee from $14.99 to $4.99

February 5: Troops submit initial order and rewards

February 6: Service units submit initial order and rewards

February 27: Cookie delivery for our area at SOKY Marketplace behind SKyPAC. Sign up for time slots thru eBudde. 

March 4 - Cookie Cupboard Opens in Bowling Green, near Carol Knicely Conference Center. 

March 1-31: Cookie booths (These are the publicized booth dates; however, troops are welcome to host booths as soon as they have their cookies.)

April 2: Troops submit final rewards

April 3: Service units submit final rewards

April 8: ACH withdrawals begin

Cookie Cupboard

(March 4 - March 30) lf you need more cookies, Troop Leaders will submit a request thru eBudde and can pick them up at the cupboard loaction near Carol Knicely Conference Center - enter off of Nashville Rd, it is behind the Alpine Vet Center.  Mon. 11a-4p, Thurs. 11a-6p, Fri. 11a-4p, Sat. 9a-1pm and closed for lunch time 1p-1:30p.

For the 2023 Fall Product Program girls may sell in-person through paper orders or online for in-person delivery or shipping

Important Fall Product Dates


September 13 Early-access & setup for troop volunteers

September 18 Program Begins! Online and in-person order cards

October 10 Deadline to submit bulk troop delivery to council

*Leaders = submit delivery address HERE

October 10 Deadline for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops to opt-out of rewards

October 22 Family deadline for entering in-person orders into M2 Online girl-delivered items should not be entered

October 22 Last day for paper orders

October 23 Deadline for troop leader/product chair to enter any missing orders or edit inperson orders

October 23 Last day for girls/troops to make reward selections 

October 24 Deadline for service units to enter/edit in-person sales

October 24 Last day for online ordering

November 13-15 Bulk delivery of product and rewards to troop leader.

November 30 All money due must be turned in to troop

December 2 Family Owing Forms due

December 4 Council ACH withdrawal
