Want to get FREE SHIPPING or use Kentuckiana Credits? The easiest way (I have found) to do this.... start at the official Girl Scout shop site, add everything you need to your cart so you can get the correct Item Numbers. Then open a new tab and fill out this Jot Form to have the Louisville shop send you your order with FREE SHIPPING! Watch the main site for deals!! They occasionally have sales and FREE SHIPPING online, so you wont need to fill the form out if you are simply looking for free shipping.
NOTE: This process is much easier to do from a computer with a large screen.

Online Transaction Reimbursement
Complete online transaction (membership, gsEvent, or property reservation) with a credit or debit card.*
Fill out and submit this JotForm.
Council will deposit the credits amount into the account. Please allow three weeks for processing.
Form must be submitted by the expiration date of the Kentuckiana Credits.

Troop Renewal Form - Use this form to renew multiple girls/adults or if requesting Financial assistance or using Kentuckiana Credits.
DO YOU HAVE A SCOUT THAT NEEDS HELP PAYING FOR MEMBERSHIP FEES?
On the Troop Renewal form fill in the field for financial assistance or for a new member use the Girl Form and use the coupon code listed.
